GxPOrbis is a platform that connects GxP pharmaceutical and healthcare candidates with employers in the UK and Europe, including a job board and a system for listing and registering for hiring events (walk-in interviews, career fairs, webinars, and similar). GxPOrbis facilitates introductions between candidates and employers; we are not a party to, and do not guarantee the outcome of, any employment relationship, job offer, or visa/immigration outcome arising from use of the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly at gxporbis@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
You agree that the information and documents you submit (including your CV) are accurate and not misleading, and that you will not submit anyone else's personal data without their permission.
If you post events or job listings as an employer, you agree that: the information you provide is accurate; you will comply with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and data protection law in your hiring process; you will use candidate data obtained through the Service solely for genuine recruitment purposes related to the event or role in question, and will not sell, rent, or otherwise share that data with third parties without the candidate's separate consent; and you will handle any CV or personal data you access in line with your own obligations as a data controller/fiduciary under applicable law.
Use of the Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce fees for certain features in future, with reasonable advance notice.
You agree not to: scrape or systematically extract data from the Service; post false, fraudulent, or discriminatory job listings or events; harass or misrepresent yourself to other users; or attempt to bypass the Service's security or access controls.
The GxPOrbis name, logo, and site content (excluding content you submit) belong to GxPOrbis. You retain ownership of the CV, event content, and other material you submit, and grant us a licence to store, process, and share it as described in our Privacy Policy for the purpose of operating the Service.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any candidate will receive a job offer, or that any employer will find a suitable candidate, through use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GxPOrbis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including consumer protection rights that may apply to you if you are located in the UK or EU.
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — e.g. India]. If you are located in the UK or the European Union, nothing in these terms removes any mandatory statutory protections you are entitled to under the law of your own country.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
